Outpatient Treatment
in Woodland Hills, CA.

Ongoing therapy and recovery support — designed for life. The lowest-intensity level of clinical care for clients ready to maintain progress.

What it is

What is Outpatient Treatment?

Outpatient is ongoing weekly or biweekly clinical care — typically a mix of individual therapy and group therapy, with psychiatric care and medication management as needed. It's the right level for clients who have completed higher levels of care, or who present without acute symptoms.

Most clients attend outpatient for 6 months to a year or longer, gradually reducing frequency as recovery stabilizes.

Who it's for

Is this the right level of care?

  • Step-down from IOP
  • Long-term recovery maintenance
  • Mild-to-moderate mental health symptoms
  • Clients with strong recovery support systems
  • Clients whose lives don't allow for higher-intensity programs

What to expect

In your first weeks

  • Weekly or biweekly individual therapy
  • Optional group therapy — process groups, skill-building, alumni
  • Psychiatric follow-up and medication management as needed
  • Family therapy when clinically appropriate
  • Relapse prevention planning and recovery skill reinforcement

Clinical approach

Evidence-based, trauma-informed, integrated.

CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention, and integrated psychiatric care. The same clinical team that supported you through PHP and IOP can continue with you through outpatient — no handoffs to a new clinic.
