Treated with evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, behavioral activation), psychiatric medication management, and group support. Common at every level of care from outpatient through PHP.
Anxiety disorders
ICD-10 F40–F41Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and phobic disorders.
Treated with CBT, exposure-based therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and medication when indicated. Often co-occurs with depression and substance use.
ADHD

Comprehensive evaluation, medication management, and skills-based therapy. Often co-occurs with substance use and mood disorders.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder

Medication-assisted treatment (buprenorphine, naltrexone) integrated with therapy and recovery support. Detox, withdrawal management, and structured aftercare.
Stimulant use disorder

Behavioral therapies including contingency management and CBT. Care for the cognitive and mood symptoms that follow stimulant cessation.
Benzodiazepine dependence

Integrated psychiatric medication management, mood-stabilization education, and family support. Coordinated across outpatient and PHP levels.
Self-harm & suicidal ideation
Active suicidality, prior attempts, and non-suicidal self-injury.
Higher levels of care (PHP, residential) when clinically indicated. DBT and trauma-informed approaches. Strong family programming and safety planning.
