Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
in Rosedale, MD.

Maryland-licensed mental health care for adults — psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapy. Independent of substance use treatment, or fully integrated with it.

What it is

What is Outpatient Mental Health Clinic?

Our Maryland Outpatient Mental Health Clinic is licensed by the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration to provide comprehensive outpatient mental health care for adults — depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and co-occurring substance use.

This is the right starting point for clients who need ongoing psychiatric care and therapy without the structure of an intensive program.

Who it's for

Is this the right level of care?

  • Adults seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar, or ADHD
  • Clients managing co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
  • Step-down from residential, withdrawal management, or outpatient detox
  • Clients needing psychiatric evaluation and medication management
  • Long-term mental health management

What to expect

In your first weeks

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
  • Medication management with a psychiatric provider
  • Individual therapy with a licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, PhD)
  • Group therapy — process groups and skill-building groups
  • Family therapy when clinically appropriate
  • Care coordination with primary care, specialists, and (with consent) family

Clinical approach

Evidence-based, trauma-informed, integrated.

Evidence-based and trauma-informed: CBT, DBT, EMDR (where clinically indicated), Motivational Interviewing, integrated psychiatric care, and mindfulness-based modalities. We treat the whole person — mental health and substance use are not handled by separate teams.
